Xerox Holdings Corporation today announced it has agreed to acquire Lexmark International, Inc., from Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital, and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre.

Brother International Corporation announced that Keypoint Intelligence has awarded Brother five Buyers Lab (BLI) 2025 Pick Awards for durability, reliability, as well as ease of use, media handling, productivity, and value.

Proven IT announced two significant leadership appointments. Emir Husic has been promoted to chief technology officer, and Mike Engels has joined the company as senior director of Strategy and Security.

Pulse Technology has named Gerardo Rios of Hoffman Estates, IL to the position of delivery driver.
