ConnectWise acquired Service Leadership, Inc.

EFI introduced the new EFI VUTEk XT hybrid flatbed/roll-to-roll display graphics printer.

Canon U.S.A. unveiled the imagePRESS Lite C170 color multifunction printer. Joining the imagePRESS Lite C165 printer as a series.

Canon Solutions America, Inc. announced welloStationX, an automated, FDA-cleared no-touch clinical thermometer.

Pulse Technology appointed Ryan Butler of Chicago, IL to the position of business development executive.

Pulse Technology appointed  Daniel Diotallevi of Aurora, IL to the position of account executive.

Electronics For Imaging, Inc., extended its relationship with Duplo Corporation to deliver a new “one-step” integration between EFI Fiery Impose software and the Duplo DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser to automate job preparation and finisher setup.

On Monday February 1, ConnectWise announced the acquisition of Service Leadership, a consulting firm focused on financial and operational benchmarking in the managed services space.

The Zygoquest Group announced it served as the advisor to The Circle II, Inc., dba The Circle, and its owner Lee Ashby on the sale of assets to M&S Technology Group.

Ringdale announced it has been collaborating with Microsoft. With the joint collaboration, Ringdale’s FollowMe solution integrates directly to Universal Print for Microsoft 365 enabling server-less cloud printing with any enterprise’s printer fleet.

Lexmark announced that Vishal Gupta has joined its executive team as senior vice president and chief information and technology officer.

Xerox Holdings Corporation announced organizational changes to support plans to create three new businesses – Software, Financing and Innovation.
