In the November issue of The Cannata Report we presented the second half of our 36th Annual Dealer Survey, featuring dealer ratings of their A3 OEMs. That issue also included four to five representative comments from dealers to justify their ratings. Over the course of the next few weeks, we will present up to 20 dealers comments per “Big Six” OEM (Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba), which will provide an even clearer picture of what dealers really think of their OEM.
