In tribute to The Cannata Report‘s 40th Anniversary Awards & Charities Gala and our key brand themes of diversity, this set spans multiple genres and features 40 tracks released 40 years ago in 1985 (except for “Raise Your Glass,” which, well, we just felt worked as the milestone event’s kick-off cut).
While all tracks date back to 1985, together they comprise a variety of contemporary music spanning multiple noteworthy artists and styles of the day. Key select featured artists include The Cure, Duran Duran, Eurythmics, Aretha Franklin, Madonna, John Mellencamp, New Order, Stevie Nicks, Prince & The Revolution and Bruce Springsteen. Key select featured genres include Alternative, Glam Metal, Hard Rock, HiNRG, Freestyle, The Minneapolis Sound, New Wave, Pop, Post-Punk and Rock. Aside from a personal love of all types of contemporary music, the varying styles emphasize the importance and relevance of product and service portfolio diversification – essential for the office technology industry to increase profitability and sustainability.
The Cannata Report’s 2025 and 40th Anniversary Awards & Charities Gala collection is our 6th annual official soundtrack. You can also stream soundtracks from five previous Galas , along with the current and one previous Women Influencers Official Brunch soundtrack.
As we begin celebrating the holidays with family and friends, both younger and older, this soundtrack has something for everyone. Play it in your car on any road trip, at home while entertaining, or enjoy it on your own while preparing for loved ones to arrive for your festive holiday celebration.
As our gift to you this holiday season, enjoy!
