This year got off to a strong start as Keypoint Intelligence named Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc/ the Most Reliable A3 Brand for 2025-27. We were also awardedĀ two BLI Pick Awards. These exciting recognitions fromĀ JanuaryĀ set the tone for the rest of 2025!

A superhero for your office was born inĀ February! WeĀ launched the ECOSYS MA2600cwfx SeriesĀ and started bringing a whole new world of vibrant color to workplaces all around the country.

In March, we announced our sponsorship of a new report by Economist Impact. ā€œTransitioning to Sustainability: Employee perspectives on workplace practicesā€ explored employees’ sentiments onĀ sustainability and strengthened our leadership in this area.

InĀ April, we celebrated four years ofĀ U.S. market leadership in cut-sheet production inkjetĀ and announced that we’d be theĀ Keynote Sponsor at the 2025 Inkjet Summit. We were also named the “Company to watch out for” at the summit, reminding the industry to anticipate what we do in 2026.

InĀ May,Ā we opened a new distribution centerĀ toĀ expand our capacityĀ and position ourselves forĀ continued growth. The location in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania,Ā features many new technologies and is already making a positive impact.

As the weather heated up, so did our product launches! InĀ June, weĀ launched Kyocera Cloud Capture to help businesses enhance efficiency by going digital. We alsoĀ introduced the Kyocera EvolutionNext Series – a line of cloud-ready A3 MFPs to give businesses of every size even more control.

InĀ July,Ā we announced a strategic partnership withĀ Xerox CorporationĀ to enable them toĀ distribute our market-leading TASKalfa Pro 15000c. This collaboration was a milestone for both companiesĀ and helped us expand our inkjet platform.

InĀ August, weĀ introduced our customers and dealers to Microsoft’s new print solutions: Microsoft Universal Print and Windows Protected Print, both of which are compatible with Kyocera devices. A quick refresh about how these solutions work with Kyocera technology is just a click away!

Then inĀ September,Ā we won the Technical Packaging Award at the 2025 Japan Packaging Contest – marking the 18th time we’ve been recognized at this contest. Our team developed three types of cup-shaped cushioning materials,Ā which not only better protect our devices during transport but also greatlyĀ reduce waste.

High fives all around inĀ October! In this month, we were named a Great Place to Work for the 5thĀ year in a row. Did you know that 93% of employees say Kyocera gives them a good work-life balance, and 90% said they felt welcome when they joined!

The streaks continued intoĀ November! Each year,Ā TheĀ Cannata Report’s Frank Awards celebrate leaders in service, reliability, and innovation across the office technology industry. For the 8thĀ year,Ā we won Best A4 ManufacturerĀ (see image at top),

The year is finishing up just as strong as it started. In December, our ECOSYS devices earned four 2026 Pick Awards from Keypoint Intelligence. Each Pick Award comes after rigorous testing, performance examinations, and competitive analysis.
