Ricoh Acquires ValueTech in Chile

Ricoh has acquired ValueTech, a Chile-based company with over two decades of experience in digitalization and automation technologies for processes, workflows and document management. This acquisition by Ricoh Chile S.A. enhances Ricoh’s ability to deliver comprehensive process automation solutions across the region and advances its global strategy to help organizations transform their businesses by creating intelligent workplaces.

Founded in 2001 by a team of civil engineers with deep business expertise, ValueTech has expanded its traditional portfolio to include cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), forensic document auditing, data protection and predictive analytics. These capabilities strengthen the efficiency and security of document and information-intensive processes, reduce operational risk, support regulatory compliance and provide enhanced end-to-end process traceability.
