Stramaglio Consulting has appointed Anthony DelGrosso, Jr., vice president and general manager at Milner, Inc., as lead ambassador of The Breakaway Team, which is The Consortium’s next-generation leadership initiative for the office technology industry.
In this role, DelGrosso will serve as a senior champion, mentor, and facilitator for The Breakaway Team. He will help members strengthen their leadership capabilities, focus the team’s strategic priorities, expand industry participation and translate new ideas into practical initiatives that benefit the channel. He will also act as a bridge among Breakaway Team members, The Consortium, senior industry executives, sponsors, and partner organizations.

DelGrosso brings more than two decades of office technology industry experience to the position. At Milner, he leads across sales, operations and service delivery, supporting growth in office technology, managed IT and cybersecurity. He is recognized as a people-centered and culture-focused operating leader with a strong emphasis on execution, customer outcomes and team development.

The Breakaway Team was launched by The Consortium to harness the perspectives and energy of younger professionals while strengthening intergenerational understanding throughout the office technology channel. The initiative provides members with opportunities to collaborate with established leaders, develop educational content, explore emerging business and technology issues, and present their recommendations to the industry.
Under DelGrosso’s leadership, the team will continue to broaden its membership and industry engagement, build structured mentoring and learning opportunities, and prepare new initiatives designed to help the channel attract, develop and retain its next generation of leaders.
