Independent dealer forums are a great resource, Frank notes: From American Coop, BPCA, and BTA to CDA, Pro Dealer, and SDG, there probably is a peer group that fits you!
Cannata adds that print is not deadābut it is moving to different substrates, including fabric and textiles. As a keen industry observer, he sees manufacturers quietly moving in this direction regarding R&D and equipment development. The key for dealers is to become more proactive and exercise initiative, Many customers are inquiring, and dealers need to listen to them. Frank urges sales reps to take it a step further and question key people on their accounts. Owners and managers, if you want improved profitability in 2026, that should be the manta for the New Year.
