In this episode, Founder Frank G. Cannata interviews Desiree Cruz, TD Synnex’s vice president of product management, regarding the different ways that dealers can increase profits in 2026. Even in our established market, she senses excitement to begin the new year. TD Synnex meets dealers “where they’re at,” Cruz notes, no matter how small or large they may be, by offering services revolving around automation, integration, and, of course, distribution. Different dealers advance at varying speeds, she points out, but all are on the same highway!

The Value of IT Distribution and DX

Flexible hardware distribution options, Cruz explains, can benefit dealership bottom lines in terms of working capital, cash flow, and inventory management. And, TD Synnex “dares to go” beyond distribution. Cruz cites digital transformation (DX), including implementing AI tools and resources, as an ongoing area of emphasis along with the company’s security and visual practice: “Cameras are everywhere,” she observes. The traditional print and imaging space can serve as a stepping stone, she believes, adding that one-fourth of TD Synnex dealer partners bought services outside of print last year.
