Dear members and friends,

Today, we roll out the results and analysis of The Cannata Report’s 34th Annual Dealer Survey. As in year’s past, we will reveal this information in two stages. The first begins with today’s launch of the October 2019 issue (Part 1 of 2), and the second will commence with the launch of next month’s November 2019 issue (Part 2 of 2). All survey content, complete with more than 50 charts and graphs this month alone,Ā will also be available in post format on the thecannatareport.com. You can access Part 1 via The Cannata Report’s October 2019 issue PDF as prompted toward the upper left-hand corner of the thecannatareport.com’s MAGAZINE landing page, or via consecutive digital posts immediately below.

Overall, this year’s Annual Dealer Survey vividly illustrates anĀ industry that continues adapting to changeĀ and preparing to compete in theĀ future. Despite consistent challenges and trends drivenĀ by new technology, economic upheaval,Ā acquisitions, and new business models inĀ transition, this is a business that remainsĀ profitable and growing for many dealers.

It’s an exciting and turbulent time to beĀ part of this industry, but the good newsĀ is there’s still a wealth of opportunities – in Ā areas that include managed IT services, security, production and industrial print, smart office solutions, and much more – for dealers to explore to overcome theĀ challenges related to doing business in aĀ constantly evolving industry.

The Cannata Report’s October 2019 Dealer Survey results and analysis include 15 features and topics. The issue, in its print, PDF, and individual digital post formats, also features several additional compelling features on a variety of non-survey related topics. Select Dealer Survey and alternative highlights include the following:
